Thing #9 - Searching for Feeds

I used Technoriti and found this feed about Technology, In Web World of 24/7 Stress,Writers Blog Till They Drop - Some professional bloggers complain of the stressful demands of a constant flow of news and comment... I like this one, it gives you different topics for you to choose, quickly. I also tried Google Blog Search and it was fun and easy just to type something specific of interest. I didn't like the Topix.net or Syndic8, they seems a little more difficult. Maybe they're really not, but I need more time to investigate them ;-).

I like searching for blogs on scrapbooking, photography and genealogy I enjoyed reading about these. I want to look more into this, I think it's fun!

What do you like about RSS and newsreaders?

I think RSS and newsreaders are great way to simplify the way we can receive information that we want most right away.

How do you think you might be able to use this technology in your work or personal life?

I think it would be great to use at work for up-to-date news and at home for so many updates, you can’t keep up.

How can libraries use RSS or take advantage of this new technology?

I believe librarians can use this to keep informed with all kinds of information from their favorite sources and the library can send many different information to their users.
